I spent many hours in June swimsuit shopping, nasty, but had to be done
Father's Day with the Quigleys James is an amazing dad, it was so great to honor him The boys and I hid presents all over the house and he had to find themJames in his cute new Father's Day outfit, clothes that actually fit
I love my DAD!!! Date night at the Drive-In, Kung Fu Panda and Get Smart The Drive-In was so much fun, I of course slept through both movies, but it was a great time
I don't know what happened to me in my life but I am surrounded by boys. It is kind of humorous to me, I don't really like fighting, bugs, dirt, nastiness, etc. But I do think boys can be pretty sweet. One weekend in June I babysat Curtis and Trevor two boys in my ward whose parents bought my services at our Ward Auction (it was the big ticket item $325 for 24hrs. of babysitting!) a few months back. Thank goodness James hung out with us, he is great with kids. Later on in the month James and I met at the beach with his 2 boys and mine. The boys hit it off and we have spent so much time together ever since.
It is pretty funny watching James play, he is hardcore (here he got one of his lays chopped off during battle so he is hoping on one leg, right after this he took a hit on the good leg so he fell to the ground not using either legs!)

what a great june you had!
It is a law of life that you reap what you sow. Work hard, get paid. Play hard, become exalted. Also is the law of life that if you take a lightsaber in the knee, you now are a 1-legged warrior. And if you are careless enough to get hit again, you must now fight for survival as a paraplegic. I mean come on. How can you be around so many boys and not know the rules of stick-fighting?
Father's day I felt more honored than I did at my Eagle Scout Court. Maybe it's because the object of my effort was so much more important, but I have always been devoted and to feel someone as gracious and hard-working and simply good and pure as alicia is put herself out there to show me my efforts are honorable...well, it was unforgetable...but pictures sure help memories.
I will stop whining about the 564 photos that were taken in June. I love the results. (after editing of course)
June was my new favorite month until this July... I'm sensing a trend.
James needs to get the hang of being involved with the Farrars - they take millions of photos and you need to be pleasant (read: cute) when they want you in them.
And I'm glad you had a great June I just wish I had seen you that month. Good thing I'll see you every month for the next little while.
i know - right ... where did june go! i love all these pictures ... and that reminds me ... we need to scrapbook!!
