challenge update

Remember how I was going to exercise 6 days a week for the whole month of August...well I did! WooHoo! And it felt really good. I am still working out, at least 5 times a week and James and I are training for our 5k next month. These days, I wake up a little earlier every morning and work out longer and harder...I feel good.

My new challenge: no French Fries or chips the rest of the year. Zero. Pretty awesome. I did enjoy many fries at Red Robin a couple of days before I started my challenge. And boy were they delicious. I like challenging myself. It feels good to do hard things. A lot of people exercised with me in August, who's up for the new challenge?

I am proud to say I did six days a week in August! I was going strong for September, too, until the stomach flu killed me on Monday. I started up again on Wednesday and will not take any more breaks!

Hi Alicia-
This is Reyna Reyor from high school. I am so excited to blog-stalk you. :) I read this in one of your old blogs and found it very fitting:

"It is true those we meet can change us, sometimes so profoundly that we are not the same afterwards..."

If you're interested, email me at treebenz@hotmail.com. Hugs to you and Natalie!

:)

I'm in on the new challenge!!! Though I have to say it will be easy because Jake and I have been eating healthy to try and loose some weight. It is so much easier when he is doing it with me. I am starting up the exercising 6 days a week again. My friend Lori and I are dong a Sprint triathalon on Thanksgiving morning!!! Woo Hoo!!

You are awesome for still being on the bandwagon. Can't say I'll join you but I'll cheer you on!

Hey, great job on working out so much!! I'm not that dedicated, but I do exercise quite a bit.
Count me in on the new challenge. We went on vacation over the weekend and I ate WAY too many fries. The kids got some today, I put one up to my mouth and put it back down... that was a test to prepare me for this challenge.
Fun.
By the way, I eat fat free Pringles, are those out too?

I am her witness... she doesn't eat fries.

or chips now that I think about it.

In fact, her discipline scares me...just imagine what would happen one day if she decided to only kiss 'properly'. :P

Love you QT. Great job!
